We will start your first session with an assessment/consultation then I will able to implement a balanced, continuing program that focuses on your goals. You will get monthly reassessments, nutritional guidance and unlimited support from me. I specialize in metabolic training so my clients can get results FAST! I utilize all of the following techniques to blast off fat and take your body to the next level: circuit training, HIIT, PHA, body weight/functional core based training, plyometrics, super setting, combo and hybrid lifts.
Yoga is a moving meditation that encourages you to be mindful of your breath and be present in your body.
I teach a vinyasa based practice. Blending asana (poses) with pranyama (breathing) and meditation to fine tune elements of your practice by exploring beginner-intermediate-advanced postures in a safe and sustainable way. This is the perfect complement to your session. In my longer session (45-60 minutes) my clients have been enjoying the emphasis put in to flexibility/mobility.
In my sessions, I like to incorpore both dynamic, and static stretches as well as the newest methods to enhance your flexibility and prevent injuries. We can also work on your splits, backbends, forward folds and hip opening or any other pose. This will leave you refreshed yet challenge your growth at the same time. In my longer sessions (45-60 minutes) my clients have been enjoying mobility/flexibility drills. This is great to complement your workout to gain flexibility and cool your down after a tough workout.

As a Certified Meditation Teacher, I’m here to guide you using practical tools that you can carry forward into all aspects of your life. Whether it’s teaching you to harness your breath, press pause with a mantra meditation, or transport you via a guided visualization, I hold space for you so you can connect to that peace within and feel grounded in the present moment. You can relax in the way that’s most comfortable to you. You don’t have to achieve perfection because there’s no such thing as a perfect meditation. There are good days and bad days. All you have to do is show up for yourself and breathe, with me there to support you along the way.
My clients have been enjoying the meditation part. The final little touch to your session to leave you feeling relaxed, centered and grounded.

Breathwork Meditation is a three-part active meditation technique which is done lying down while you breathe.
Breathwork is a healing modality that assists in releasing blocks, healing trauma and connecting with your intuition and so much more. It allows you to heal yourself through the power of your own breath. Breathwork is a holistic way to gain better mental health and deep inner peace.
