Choosing Pam is one of the best choices I have made! Prior to Pam I did not enjoy working out nor did I do it consistently. I have now been a loyal client of Pam for several years! Her workouts are challenging and push me farther than I would push myself. She has a good balance of pushing me while keeping me motivated. Pam puts a strong emphasis on both health and fitness and truly cares about my overall well being. I can’t imagine my workouts with Pam not being a part of my weekly routine!
I have been training with Pam for almost 5 years. I started with two workouts a week, then 3 days and now I am 4 days a week training with her. Due to the pandemic we have worked for the last 8 months virtually. She has really known how to ensure that we do not lose the quality of her work even though we are in a virtual way. The workouts are just as active, and it brings me to my best exercise potential. Thank you Pam for being the best trainer I have ever had and for helping me to meet my goals.
Pam Chodan has been my trainer now for a few years and I love my workouts with her.
Pam always keeps my workouts interesting and challenging, while at the same time recognizing and adapting for my needs.
I have two, 45 minute workouts a week with Pam and during that time we work hard on strength training, core and some cardio.
The workouts are often hard going but Pam always seems to know how hard to push and when to stop.
We finish our workouts with 10-15 minutes of stretches and some yoga. This is bliss!
No matter how hard my workout, I get to the end of our session feeling relaxed and ready to face the day.
Pam is awesome. I'm so happy with the decision to sign up with her! I have been working out with her for the last 5 months. Every session she challenges me and every session is different. Pam also keeps track of my progress so I can see the improvements I've made. The best part is she comes to me and she is so dependable!! I can't make any excuses! 3 days a week she comes to my house and motivates me to workout...and I feel so great afterward!
Excellent trainer! Pam really knows her stuff and is very helpful with forms and truly cares. She is always on time and organized, I've had many trainers in many cities and she is great!!
Pam trains me three times a week. She is always on time and ready with a variety of exercises for me to do. I love that she warms me up first then she gets into cardio and repetitions. Finally, she stretches the muscles we worked. I feel wonderful after my workouts with her. She also advises me on eating right. I would happily recommend her! Pamela three weeks ago. It has been really tough but really great. She pushes you hard but is gentle and sweet.It's only been three weeks but am feeling stronger and so proud of myself. It is a great workout and my legs can barely get me to my car sometimes, but you feel so good because you know you just worked very hard and got pushed to do more than you thought you could do. I have used Pam as my personal Trainer and I really notice an impovement. She is very knowledgeable about training and couldn't ask for a better mentor.
I'm not a person who do reviews but I use it a lot for getting services. This is my second review to Pam. So, I hope my review will be helpful for people that really need a great trainer. Pam is my trainer since October 2015, I am a skinny person with some back problem issues. I love to be in shape but I need to be careful about my body and the exercises I can and can't do. This is when Pamela is the best! She is always taking care of me but also ensuring I can do more and get stronger. Pam will push you to a step that you can work and meet your goals. She is always focus on improve and make you feel that you can do it in a professional and knowledgeable process. I love that everyday is different, sometimes I feel muscles that I have never exercise before that I don't know even exist ;)….it is a work out very strict and structured for your needs. Trust me….she is the best trainer ever. I always talk to my friends about her and in 6 months I feel great, I have abs, and feel stronger and healthy. Pamela is always asking me about my nutrition and providing guidance to ensure I'm good and healthy to do exercises. And if you have limited time to exercises, there are not excuses, Pam routine is a 30 minutes workout….but trust me you are going to sweat…and then will feel amazing. This is the longest review in my life but I'm so happy with my trainer and wants others to give the opportunity to have her as a trainer. Thanks Pam!
Pam is fantastic! She has been coming over to my house for the past 2.5 years to train me. She is dependable,punctual and most important she motivates me. Her workouts are always changing and she pushes me to push myself. Before Pam I never worked out on a regular basis and when I did work out I just did the minimum. With Pam I am on a regular training schedule 3 days a week and the workouts are always challenging!

I needed a personal trainer to come to my home and help me get back on a work-out routine. Going to school on the evenings and being a stay at home mom made it difficult to dedicate time to work-out. Pamela came to my home 2x a week for 8 weeks and motivated me to push myself for 30-min sessions. That commitment jump-started my new exercise routine which I have incorporated into my busy lifestyle. She has a firm, yet sweet approach to motivate you which is a great combination to have especially when you want to give up on the last rep! She also provides weight-training equipment such as yoga mat, weights and medicine ball. At the end of the 8 weeks, I reduced my BMI!
I have been working with Pam for the last three months. Over the last year I felt I was letting the day to day of life getting in the way of having the proper exercise and needed some help getting back on track. My wife had been working with her for a few months and encouraged me to give her a try. I'm happy I did.
First of all, she know her field very well, she knows how to create specific sessions that fit my desire to balance cardio and strength workouts. As the weeks go by she keeps bringing new, and tougher, exercises that continue to challenge me while keeping it interesting. She supplements her expertise with a very pleasant personality, she knows when and how to push me to do better. The results I have experienced so far are fantastic, I have reduced my % of body fat, increased muscle strength, and feel with a lot more energy to help me tackle a busy life. She is knowledgeable, respectful, punctual, and fun to work with...I fully recommend her as a personal trainer.
I am in the process of discovery and experiencing the power of Breathwork. What an Amazing Gift to have found Pam Chodan's Breathwork Class during these very challenging times! The Breathwork class supports focused breathing, Resets the nervous system resulting in a Mind/Body Reset and Self Healing..... All of which I was actively seeking. There are myriad other benefits from the Breathwork, but these were the most profound and most important to me.
I am inspired and excited to experience more and practice more!

I’ve just started working out with Pam and I think she is fantastic. She plans each workout to keep me moving and working hard. She watches me carefully to check my posture and exercise positions, and just when I think I can’t do another thing she asks for 10 more, and that gentle but firm requests works every time! A half hour work out with Pam flies past.
