Hi, I’m Pam

I am a Personal Trainer, Yoga, Meditation Teacher and Breathwork Facilitator.


I am on a mission to help empower you and be your best self from the inside out!

I am a Personal Trainer Certified through NASM (The National Academy Of Sports and Medicine), and hold many certifications specializing in:

  • Behavior Change (BCS)
  • Weight Loss (WLS)
  • Group Fitness (AFAA)
  • Nutrition (FNS)
  • Stretching and Flexibility (SFC)
  • Physique and Bodybuilding Coach (PBC)

  • MTS Certified (Movement Training Specialist)
  • Assisted Stretching Certified

I am also a E-RYT 500 Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Sound bath Practitioner, a 200 Hours Certified Unplug Meditation Teacher (Davidjy and Suze Schwartz as my amazing teachers/mentors.) and Breathwork Facilitator trained by David Elliott (Healer Training levels 1-3) and Jon Paul Crimi.

I have been working as a personal trainer, yoga teacher for many years and have worked with diverse individuals ranging from beginners, athletes to celebrities such as Britney Spears, and people from all shapes, and sizes! 


I specialize in metabolic training so my clients can get results FAST! I utilize all of the following techniques to blast off fat and take your body to the next level: circuit training, HIIT, PHA, body weight/functional core based training, plyometrics, super setting, combo and hybrid lifts. 


I’ve been extremely lucky to work with a couple of the best in the industry such as Jillian Micheals and former professional bodybuilder Jamo Nezzar.
I’ve also taught many yoga classes at different local yoga studios, and schools! 


I absolutely love what I do, and my mission is to empower women through health, wellness, and fitness to become the best version of themselves, and to enjoy the journey! 

I am also highly intuitive, and know what my clients need, I am able to provide very helpful, and meaningful insights to them. I intuitively customize each session to each client with the help of my intuitive abilities.

I have been fit and healthy for the most of my life. I’ve been a competitive gymnast, and a dancer (modern jazz, and contemporary) for many many years! 


Issues became apparent after the birth of my first son. I was depressed, gained lot's of extra weight, and I just wasn't myself anymore. I knew something had to change. So one day I just decided to change my life for the best, and since that day I've never looked back!


I found my healing, my inner peace with wellness, health, and fitness through yoga, meditation and other fitness modalities. It empowered me, and now, this is exactly what I help people do, too! 

With my expertise, knowledge and experience as a yoga instructor and personal trainer I have found a way to make health, fitness, and wellness more approachable, and efficient. All to help you be your happiest self from inside out! 

Working with me will help you strengthen, stretch from inside out, and find inner peace! Stay accountable and finally look & feel the way you want and deserve!
