I combined my passion for yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing and other fitness modalities such as resistance training, HIIT, mobility, flexibility, pilates and barre into a flow sequence to bring you a total mind body experience.
Pairing yoga with other disciplines lets you burn more calories than yoga alone, while still getting the benefits of this ancient practice.
A vinyasa-based practice with elements of meditation, and one or more of the following: Flexibility, Mobility, HIIT, Resistance Training, Pilates, Barre and Breathwork.
Equipments needed but not required: a set of light and heavier dumbbells, resistance bands, a bolster, a strap and 2 yoga block.
